Everything will be richer, from the schedule of the first phase that extends until January with eight games for each team, at least, to the money that will be shared between the teams.

A year ago, in the last event with 32 teams, the prize money was just over two billion (€2.022 billion). Now with four more clubs, the increase is almost half a billion will be closer to 2.5 billion euros.

Huge difference with the other two competitions, the UEFA Europa League will give 565 million, the Conference League 285 million.

Real Madrid beat Dortmund 2-0 in the final at Wembley to claim their 15th major European trophy, putting a total of €137.4m into their coffers.

The previous year Manchester City had collected 134.9 million, in 2022 Real Madrid 133.7 million. Whichever team triumphs on May 31st in Munich could put up to 150-160 million in their coffers!.

The increase can already be seen from the entry money, from attendance alone, excluding ranking and market pool (television rights): in 2023 attendance was worth 15.6 million, but now it has increased to 18.6 million. Then the bonuses for the results: a victory in the first phase of the single ranking, gives 2.1 million, a draw 700,000 euros.

The ranking position of the first phase starts from 1.7 million to 12 million euros. It should be noted that with the new formula, the top eight of the ranking go directly to the round of 16, while those from 9th to 24th place will meet to make the remaining eight teams.

In this second phase there are also rich bonuses: 11 million for the "16" phase, 12.5 million for the quarter-finals, 15 for the semi-finals and 18.5 for the losing finalist, while the winner of the final will get 25 millions of euros.
