Frank Rijkaard former and legend of AC Milan declares for his compatriot that he has all the background to develop into one of the best midfielders in the world football scene.

Tijjani Reijnders as AC Milan player with a great performance in this season

Tijjani  Reijnders has been by far one of the most quality footballers of today's Milan for more than a year. With his high level showing it once again in the packed "Santiago Bernabeu" where he scored to put the icing on the cake of the triumph of the red devils against the host Real (3-1).

In fact, the former legend of the Rossoneri and the Dutch national team, former midfielder or even defender, Frank Rijkaard, declares for his compatriot that he has all the background to develop into one of the best midfielders in the world football scene.

"I hope he becomes one of the best midfielders in the world, I really think he's on the right path. I like the way he plays.

As time goes by he is becoming more and more important for Milan," Rijkaard initially emphasized, who had made history at Milan decades ago alongside Van Basten and Gullit, to add in his interview with "Gazzetta dello Sport".

"He can cover all the roles in midfield and is particularly dangerous for opposition defences. He never stops running for the team and always gives his best. With the quality he has, he is always good at creating dangerous situations for his teammates by making the first move."

It is noted that the Milanese had acquired him in the summer of 2023 from AZ Alkmaar, for 20 million euros, while now it is estimated that his value has tripled and in fact information from England and Spain places him in the squad of both Manchester City and Tottenham (from Premier League) as well as Real and Barcelona (from La Liga). From then on, everything depends on him...
