Upheavals in the last 24 hours and changes made to the final squads of Senegal and Spain following the "cuts" of the injured Mane and Gaya have put Barcelona at the top of the list with the most internationals to take part in the 22nd World Cup of Qatar
By Thursday afternoon (17/11) Bayern Munich was the club with (marginally) the most footballers in the 32-team squads, counting a total of 17 international footballers.
After Sadio Mane was ruled out with a right fibula injury that required surgery on Thursday night (17/11), the Bavarians are down to 16.
Conversely, FC Barcelona, who had 16 international players on their World Cup squads, "won" another on Friday afternoon (18/11) by excluding the injured Jose Gaya from the Spanish squad and calling up Alejandro Balde from the Blaugrana.

And now the Catalans are the ones who... lead the relevant list, having 17 footballers in the World Cup in 8 different National Teams. Overtaking Manchester City, which respectively has 16 players "shared" in the 32 missions of the teams participating in the World Cup.
In 4th place is Qatar's Al Sadd with 15 players (mostly members of the Qatar National Team) and Manchester United "closes" the top five with 14 international footballers.
Here we should emphasize that FIFA for each football player will give compensation to each team, for the 1st round at least from 10,000 per day.
