Spalletti has signed a three-year contract until 2026 and will take office on 1 September (presentation at the next meeting in Coverciano) — debut on 9 September on the North Macedonia pitch, then an encore at San Siro on 12 against Ukraine

How much will he earn

Spalletti's salary in the national team will be around 3 million euros a year. A slightly lower salary than the one received in Naples where he earned 3.2 million.

From which scheme will he start?

The arrival of Luciano Spalletti will give tactical continuity to the national team project. Like Mancini, the coach from Certaldo will also focus on the 4-3-3 that made Napoli's fortunes. Just from "his" Naples will find some players like Di Lorenzo, Politano and Meret.
